On the computer screen, two animated characters were fighting monsters in a game dungeon. The girl’s violet eyes widened as she focused intently on the screen. At this moment, a woman entered the room, still radiant with timeless beauty.

She gently sat on a deep black leather sofa, gazing lovingly at the girl. The girl knew from the moment the woman entered, but because of the game, she didn’t turn to greet her.

The woman sat nearby and said affectionately, “Xiaoxiao, grandma is getting old. It’s time for me to retire.” She looked a little nervous as she spoke, but Xiao remained engrossed in her game.
